J.D. - Brooklyn Law School 1969

Admitted to Practice of Law in the First Department of New York State in 1970 and in Federal District Court Northern District of New York.

Trial Attorney for 20 years in the Public Defender's office (Legal Aid Society) in New York City (Manhattan) through 1989 where hundreds of cases a year were successfully litigated , many of which were by full jury trial to verdict. Private practice with offices in Manhattan and now in Millerton, New York from 1989 to present with additional litigation in criminal and civil matters in Federal and State Courts in New York and Virginia.
